For those members that are not familiar with this challenge, it is a fund raising initiative and fun routes have been mapped out. This is perfect for our December month of back to base/aerobic training – 10km each day at an easy pace. The challenge will start on Tuesday 4th December and finish on Thursday 13th December 2018. A great “training block” to build a good base! Each day’s run starts from Jeppe Quondam, weekdays at 05h00 and Saturday and Sundays at 06h00.
