Try and do 1000 miles of exercise, be it walking, running, cycling, swimming or rowing. All the above exercise counts but needs to be recorded as exercise so everyday wandering about the office doesn’t count!

Activities included in the challenge are based on each athlete's local time zone.
All activities logged during the challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after a stage ends.
This challenge is organised by DCWW Fit and only members may join.
