Målet er å gjennomføre en løpetur på 10k, en gang i uka i løpet av februar. Ikke avhengig av hvor raskt du løper. Det vil bli plukket ut en tilfeldig vinner etter endt Challenge.

Challenge goal

This challenge has single activity target of 10 km each week.

Athletes who complete this challenge by achieving the goal every week will receive a digital finisher's badge in their Trophy Case.


Challenge information

Activities included in the challenge are based on each athlete's local time zone.

Only Run activities are allowed for this challenge. Manual entries, virtual runs, and treadmill runs are not eligible.

Activity privacy settings must be marked Everyone to count towards the challenge.

All activities logged during the challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after a stage ends.

This challenge is organised by Runner's World but anyone can join.
