For all of us who can’t make it to Chapel Hill for the Down on the Farm event, we’re seeing who can post the fastest 40k from wherever you’re at.
This virtual race has a distance of 40 km. This distance must be completed in a single activity.
Your position in the leaderboard is based on your fastest time.
To ensure you meet the race distance, we recommend you run a small amount over the race distance during your activity (about .5km / .3mi). This will give you a buffer in the event your activity distance is shortened after upload to Strava due to the cleanup of GPS irregularities.
Athletes who complete this challenge will receive a digital finisher's badge in their Trophy Case.
Activities included in the challenge are based on each athlete's local time zone.
Only Ride activities are allowed for this challenge. Manual entries, e-bike rides, and trainer rides are not eligible.
All activities logged during the challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after a stage ends.
This challenge is organised by Fast Chance Women's Cycling pb The Happy Tooth and only members may join.
